Creating safe, supportive spaces for kids, youth, and families to heal and grow
Whether you're a caregiver seeking support for your child, a young person navigating life’s ups and downs, or a family looking for connection and understanding—you don’t have to go it alone.

With a background in Social Work and Psychology, and experience supporting individuals of all abilities, I’m here to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
I work with: Children (5+), Youth, Young Adults & Families
- Neurodivergent Individuals & Those with Intellectual Disabilities
- Clients navigating Anxiety, Depression, Self-Harm, Behavioural Concerns, and Relationship Challenges
- Those connected to Foster Care & Adoption
- Individuals living with addiction or emotional dysregulation

I offer a strength-based, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approach, tailoring each session to the person in front of me. When working with younger individuals, I bring in creative tools and exercises to support emotional awareness and coping skills in a way that feels natural and empowering.

Support for Neurodivergent and Intellectually
Disabled Clients:
I believe therapy should be accessible and affirming for everyone. Whether you or your loved one has a diagnosis of:
-
Intellectual or developmental disability
-
Prenatal exposure
-
Autism Spectrum Disorder
-
Or identifies as neurodivergent
—I’m here to offer care that is kind, adaptable, and inclusive.
Through visual aids, conversation prompts, and hands-on activities, I create a space where communication feels safe and validating—no matter how you express yourself.
