A Little About Me
Holistic Assessments to Support Lifelong Growth
With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Psychologist, I specialize in psychological assessment and diagnosis for children, youth, and adults. I began my career in education, earning my Bachelor of Education in 2004, and after a year of classroom teaching, I followed my passion for supporting individual learning and mental wellness by completing a Master of Education in School and Counselling Psychology in 2007—both from the University of Saskatchewan.
Comprehensive & Compassionate Assessments
I am deeply passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves. Through thoughtful, evidence-based assessments, I aim to provide meaningful insights and tailored recommendations that can guide treatment plans, school supports, workplace accommodations, and strategies to improve overall wellbeing.
Whether you're navigating challenges with learning, attention, mood, or anxiety, I’m here to offer clarity, direction, and support.

My approach is thorough, person-centered, and designed to empower you or your child with the knowledge and tools to succeed—in school, work, and life.
Outside of my professional role, I’m a busy mom to three amazing daughters. You’ll often find me chauffeuring them to activities, baking cakes, getting creative with painting, or diving into my latest DIY project. I value creativity, connection, and the joy that comes from small, meaningful moments.
