Creative, Compassionate Support Rooted in Connection & Understanding
Hello, and welcome. I'm a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. Originally from rural Saskatchewan, I've lived in Alberta, the U.S., and the U.K.—but the prairies have always been home.

At the heart of my counselling practice is a safe, authentic relationship where you can feel truly seen and heard. Whether you're moving through a difficult season, seeking meaningful change, or hoping to understand yourself on a deeper level, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care.

Supporting Clients of All Ages
I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan and have a particular passion for supporting children, youth, and families.

Specialized Support for Neurodivergent Clients & Intellectual Disabilities
With both personal and professional experience working with neurodivergent children and youth—including those with FASD and intellectual disabilities—I take a holistic, strengths-based approach. I believe in supporting not just the individual, but the entire family system.
I often incorporate music, art, stories, and other creative forms of expression into my sessions—especially when working with younger clients. My approach is playful, grounded, and attuned to each person’s unique way of connecting and communicating.

A Bit About Me
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me reading a good book, playing piano or volleyball, exploring video games, or spending time with my dog, Morty—who may be small, but has a big (and hilariously stubborn) personality. I also love being an Aunty and finding joy in the little things.
