SARAH SEEBACH
BSW, MSW, RSW, CCAC
Registered Social Worker (RSW) (SK) #4607
Sarah (she/her) has been a Registered Social Worker (RSW) since 2018 and in the mental health and addictions field since 2014. She has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Dalhousie University and is a Canadian Certified Addictions Counsellor (CCAC).
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. Sarah’s goal is to create a space where you feel safe, relaxed, and free of judgement – where you can show up exactly as you are.
Sarah works with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, codependency, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, suicidality, self-harm, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), gender identity, and sexuality. She also has experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism, alongside mental health concerns.
Sarah’s approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and is grounded in evidence-based modalities based on your unique needs. She draws from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectic behaviour therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, somatic-based techniques, motivational interviewing, and emotion-focused approaches. Together, you will find an approach that fits best for you.

In addition to counselling, Sarah is a post-secondary instructor for a mental health and addictions counselling program. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her spending time with her husband, two children, four pets, or at a spin class!
