What types of therapy and services are
offered at ADW?
Anderson Dupuis Wellness provides a wide range of therapy and mental health services for individuals, couples, families, children, youth, and adults. Our team offers trauma-informed counselling and therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and more. We also provide psychological assessments to evaluate ADHD, autism, mood disorders, cognitive functioning, and other diagnostic needs. Sessions can be in-person, by phone, or virtual.
What therapy approaches do
you use?
We use evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT),Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), strengths-based approaches,
narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing),
and other trauma-informed techniques.

How do I book an appointment?

What appointment options are available?
We offer 55-minute therapy sessions as standard, as well as longer formats, family therapy, and EMDR sessions. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, with some evening times offered upon request.
Do you offer consultations before booking?
Yes — we provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so you can learn more about therapy options and find the right therapist match before committing to an appointment.

Is therapy covered by my insurance?
Many insurance plans cover our therapy and assessment services, but coverage varies by provider — be sure to check with your insurer before booking. We offer direct billing to some plans, including NIHB, Metis Nation, Sasktel, Social Services, Victim Services, and certain EFAPs.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the standard session fee.
What are your fees?
Standard therapy sessions are typically $155 for a
55-minute appointment. Fees may vary for extended sessions and specialized assessments; you can check appointment details when booking or inquire with our team.
Do you work with assessments as well
as therapy?
Yes! In addition to counselling, our team includes Registered Psychologists who can provide psychological assessments to support diagnosis and treatment planning for ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, cognitive and developmental concerns.

Where are you located?
We are located at 201-3501 8th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We offer both in-person and remote sessions to support clients across the province.
What should I expect in my first session?
During your first session, your therapist will ask about your goals, concerns, history, and what you hope to achieve from therapy. This helps form a clear plan that respects your pace and preferences.
