MICHELLE OPPERMANN
BSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker (SASW #3037)
Hi, I’m Michelle Oppermann.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I specialize in working with individuals and families facing severe mental health challenges such as psychosis, substance use,
concurrent disorders, & crises.
My approach integrates evidence-based methods like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed
practice to foster resilience & healing.
I can provide individual and family counselling through trauma-informed practices, strengthening family dynamics & supporting recovery.
I also have over a decade providing Family Therapy & am able to accommodate the attendance of multiple family members at Anderson Dupuis.
I am deeply knowledgeable about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, those in non-traditional relationships & families with unique dynamics.
I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where every client feels understood and respected.
Whether you're seeking support to navigate a specific challenge or are ready to explore new possibilities for growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion & expertise.
