Registered Social Worker (SK) #2316 |Trauma-Informed Therapist
Hi, I’m Kyila, a Registered Social Worker (MSW).

I’m happy you are here! Reaching out for support can be an overwhelming experience, I respect your courage to seek out personal healing and growth.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with safety and connection. I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space where you can exhale, slow down, and start to feel safe in your own story.
Whether you’re moving through loss, trauma,
relationship struggles, or life transitions, my goal is to meet you with warmth, honesty, and care.

Before starting private practice, I spent over 15 years in the medical field. This experience shaped how I see people, not just as patients or problems to solve, but as whole human beings with complex lives and deep resilience.

In therapy, I don’t rush your process. We move at your pace, exploring what’s been painful while also making room for strength, meaning, and self-compassion.

I offer in-person sessions in Saskatoon and virtual sessions across Saskatchewan. My schedule is flexible, with evening and weekend appointments so you can find support when it works for you.
There’s no waitlist, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we feel like a good fit.
If you’re ready to start, I’ll meet you exactly where you are — with care, respect, and an
open heart. Together, we can work toward healing that feels steady, safe, and real.
