I support individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful emotional or relationship patterns. My approach is grounded in emotional awareness, connection, and helping clients better understand the cycles that shape their relationships, stress, and sense of self.
Angie brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field and offers a calm, compassionate, and emotionally grounded approach to therapy. She works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or caught in painful personal or relationship patterns.
Her approach is attachment-informed and focused on helping clients better understand the emotional cycles that shape their thoughts, relationships, stress, and sense of self. Angie strives to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences with honesty, self-compassion, and curiosity.
