Alan LePage brings over 17 years of dedicated experience supporting youth and adults in overcoming education, employment, and disability-related barriers. As a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) since 2022, with an advanced Employment Supports Specialty certification earned in 2017, Alan approaches career guidance with a deeply personalized and professional lens.

His work often begins with tools like the Strong Interest Inventory®, which uncovers clients’ interests and redirects them to paths they may not have previously considered. From there, he collaborates with clients to set realistic goals, identify skill gaps and training opportunities, and develop effective resumes and interview strategies using tools like National Occupational Codes relevant to their local labour market.
