Born and raised in Saskatoon, Adina brings a deep connection to community and a grounded, friendly presence to her work. She creates a space where people of all ages—especially youth—can feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.
Adina takes a relaxed, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, working collaboratively to support each person’s unique goals and wellbeing. She has a special passion for helping youth navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life’s emotional challenges, while also offering skilled support to adults and families.
