Registered Social Worker (RSW) (SK) #5747
Oksana is a Registered Social Worker who provides compassionate mental health support to children, youth, and adults. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted, and she is committed to creating a welcoming, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed therapeutic space.
Her collaborative, person-centered approach meets clients where they are, allowing therapy to move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. Oksana draws from a range of evidence-based modalities -including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Strengths-Based approaches, Attachment Theory, and play-based techniques - to tailor care to each individual’s unique experiences and needs.

Before entering private practice, Oksana worked in diverse non-profit and medical settings, supporting children, youth, adults, and families with a wide range of challenges. These experiences have deeply shaped her practice and reinforced her commitment to lifelong learning, empathy, and holistic care. She works with clients aged 5 and older and supports concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, autism, self-esteem, burnout, and school or work-related stress.
Oksana takes time to truly understand each person’s story, focusing on building insight, practical strategies, and self-compassion to help clients feel more confident, regulated, and supported in their daily lives.
