Brittany has over 15 years experience in the mental health and addiction field working with individuals, families, groups, and the community at large. Brittany strives to make people feel comfortable through her genuine, relaxed, and non judgemental approach.
She uses a wide range of treatment styles, offering an individualized and dynamic approach to change. Her therapeutic modalities and training include: cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, polyvagal theory, motivational interviewing, solution focused and strength based therapy. She also has specialized training in trauma informed practice and EMDR.
