I am a proud mom of a 5 year old, twin 3 year olds and a super cute goldendoodle! I love movies, music, soccer, and being with my family.

I am passionate about learning new things; but particularly about the fascinating nature of mental health treatment.

I have experience in working with people who struggle with thoughts, emotions, addictions and difficult life events.

I offer a space that is safe, non-judgmental and supportive. I look forward to connecting with you to discuss how my professional services may be useful and beneficial to you!
